In Greek mythology, Hekate is the Goddess of wild lands and childbirth. Associated to crossroads, fire, light, moon, magic, witchcraft and ghosts. In a dreamlike resurrection, she appears represented by amphoras - which seem to balance themselves in the face of their deformations - laden with mythical and religious beliefs. Luciana Florence developed and produced this ode to Hekate, exploring its own materiality by taking advantage of the vulnerability and mutability of porcelain.
